“The REAL HEALTH SCORE is a composite score between zero and 100 to reflect your real health by taking into consideration your body composition (30% of your score), physical fitness (30% of your score), cardiovascular health (20% of your score), and pulmonary health (20% of your score). We have proven through our method that we can improve each of these metrics and that each of these metrics are associated with longer life and better health. The higher the score, the greater the health.
While weight loss is often a primary goal, the REAL HEALTH SCORE highlights how weight is a major component of overall health, and the ultimate goal is not about ‘weight loss’ but about improved health. And by improving your real health through an accurate and repeat cycle of measurement-education-intention-action-measurement, you have the ability to live a longer, more productive, and healthier life. That is REAL HEALTH.”
