Episode 14: Starting Your Fitness Journey (Part 3) How to Keep Going!

The third and final part of the "Starting Your Fitness Journey" conversation.  Ok, so you've started your fitness journey, but how do you continue without fail?? In this episode, we discuss what might cause a person to fall off of their plan (which is unfortunately a very common occurrence), as well as how to "get back on the horse" so to speak. Sick? Injured? Busy with travel?  There are many reasons why a person may push pause on healthful habits, or be derailed all together.  Life does indeed happen, but that does not mean that we should give up on a fit and healthy body!  You are worth it!
